Delhi Kanjhawala Accident Case: On Thursday (January 5) in the Kanjhawala case, once again AAP has accused Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena and the Delhi Police of not conducting a proper investigation in the entire matter. AAP MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj has questioned the ongoing investigation in this matter. Saurabh has demanded that the investigation of the Kanjhawala case should be conducted under the supervision of a sitting judge of the Supreme Court or High Court.
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that after the incident that happened on the night of 31st December, the way it is in front of the people, that a 20-year-old girl was dragged on the road for several kilometers and killed. This incident has raised questions whether our women are safe on the streets of Delhi. Saurabh alleged that the police under LG and BJP have done a lot of cover-up in the whole case. An attempt has been made to hush up the whole case. Then LG remembered and fulfilled its duty by tweeting.
“A witness was framed in the Kanjhawala case”
Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the face of the police which has come to the fore in this is also shameful. A witness fund was drawn up. This witness started spreading lies about the victim. The police is also standing with him. He also got his testimony done in front of the magistrate. He said that the girl who was killed was under the influence of alcohol. If she did not come under the vehicle, she was going to collide with the truck. Saurabh said that now what will the dying woman say in her defence.
“Witness’s statements turned out to be false”
He said that see the justice of God that it has become clear in the post-mortem of the girl that the girl had not consumed alcohol. Saurabh Bhardwaj while asking the question said where has the police gone and where has the LG gone. The words of the one who was made a witness turned out to be false. The mother of the deceased is also saying that we do not know Nidhi. During this, while raising another question on the police investigation, he said that Nidhi said that she too had suffered injuries after the collision with the car, but till now no MLC was done by the police. When the question will be asked in the court, the police will not have the answer.
“LG should resign”
Referring to these increasing criminal incidents with women in Delhi, Saurabh Bhardwaj said that more such cases are coming to the fore. Crimes against women are continuously increasing in Delhi. LG has no intention to get justice to the daughter of Delhi, increase the security of women and fix the law and order of Delhi. Saurabh said that LG only does the work of obstructing the work of the government. The crimes against women have increased today, we do not think that such crimes have increased ever before. Saurabh said that the police of LG Saxena is busy in saving the criminals. The LG should resign so that a capable person can come in his place and improve the law and order situation in Delhi.
DCP should have narco test – AAP MLA
During this, Saurabh Bhardwaj made a demand regarding the Kanjhawala case and said that we feel that DCP Harender Kumar should have a narco test to find out why he is saving the criminals. Saurabh said that the friend of the deceased, Nidhi and all the other accused should also undergo a narco test so that the truth can be revealed to everyone. Raising another demand, Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the investigation of this entire matter should be done under the supervision of a sitting judge of the High Court or Supreme Court.
